BOOK & CANCELATION POLICY
All bookings up to and including $1000 require a 50% deposit at the time of the booking.
Bookings over $1000 will require a flat $1000 deposit per season (Sept - Dec, Jan - April, May - Aug).
Cancellations and changes will not be accepted less than 42
days (6 weeks) prior to a booking calendar month.All changes are subject to availability.
The amount of each season's bookings will be totalled and the client will have the choice of either monthly or weekly automatic payments by post dated cheques or credit card. If credit card or cheques are not an option, payment will be due in full at the time of bookings.
For reference in this agreement “the rental date” will refer to the day and time of the facility usage, as requested by The User at
the time of the initial booking.Under no circumstances will any booking be secured without payment.
